this is a personal site. it belongs to pratham. it's not a product, it's not a service, it's not a platform. it's a person's work on the internet. the card, the book, the projects: all of it is pratham's intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
you can look. you can read. you can listen. you can link to it. you can screenshot it and share it. you can be inspired by it. you can tell someone about it.
you cannot copy the code and call it yours. you cannot scrape the content and republish it. you cannot use the identity system, the card design, the record, or the glimpses commercially without asking. if you want to use something, ask.
the site ships no recordings. the background jazz is generated at runtime by the site's own code — synthesized waveforms, no samples, no stems, no borrowed masters. it is the site's composition in the most literal sense: written as code, performed by your browser, gone when you close the tab. there is nothing on this page that belongs to anyone else.
if you send a message through the site, it goes to a database that pratham controls. your email address is used to reply to you. that's it. it's not sold, shared, or added to a list. if you want your message deleted, ask.
this site is provided as-is. it might break. the music might stop. the database might go down. the card might look weird on your browser. none of this is guaranteed to work forever. if it breaks, tell pratham and he'll probably fix it.
these terms can change. if they do, the "last updated" date at the top will change. that's the notification. continuing to use the site after that means you're cool with the changes.
