AIOS is my operating system. the thing underneath everything. it holds my data, my behaviour, my projects, my memory and my taste in one place and every tool i run reads from it and writes back to it. agents come and go. the system keeps everything they learned.
the whole point is compounding. my data, my behaviour, my projects, basically my life all feed one system that gets better the more i use it. it stopped being software a while ago. it runs my days, it holds my decisions, it remembers what i corrected. a living extension of me.
every agent i ever ran started from zero. new chat new context nothing carried over. the second one made the same mistakes the first one already paid for. the tenth still didnt know what the third learned. i was renting intelligence and losing the lease every session.
the fix was never smarter agents. models are rented anyway. the fix was making the layer underneath them remember. so i built the layer underneath.
everything runs on one foundation. before anything acts it reads the system first: what worked before on tasks like this, what i corrected last time, which tools actually earned their place. it starts where the last run stopped. the first draft already respects the work.
the write path is the part nobody builds. whatever gets learned on a run goes back into the foundation on the same run. a tool that worked. a preference. a correction. a failure worth remembering. nothing gets batched for later because you never remember to.
the tools built for me not for a market. they fit how i actually work
the machinery agents use to actually do things instead of just talking about them
the scaffolding that keeps runs testable and honest. every agent works inside one
all three sit on the same foundation and all three write back to it. thats the whole trick. nothing in the system is allowed to be stateless.
my side. health, days, people, decisions. everything personal runs through it and every pattern it finds stays
the work side. clients, projects, money moving, the operations around whatever im building
the major one. my craft, my archive, my taste. it grew so big it became Creative OS with its own page and its own receipts
three divisions, one foundation. they share the memory and the taste and the corrections because i am one person. a correction learned in the work should show up in the life and the other way. it does.
it runs my actual day which is the only test that matters. every other project on this page came out of it or ran through it. Creative OS is its creative division grown up, Memory Infrastructure is its record, Meraki tried to prove its whole bet with numbers.
